Like many Indonesians at the time, we developed
a passion for the Internet during the early 1990s. The whole new world that
opened before us through the Internet excited us to no end. "Secrets"
were revealed, and "doubts" were removed. We had found the
connection - the connection to boundless knowledge, borderless communication,
as well as fun and play! We realized even then that we had to share this
connection with others.
Good things come to people who have passion for a particular thing. Our passion for the Internet and our intention to share the connection with other Indonesians presented a wonderful business opportunity. It gave us the means to naturally progress from being an Information Technology (IT)-related manufacturer to an Information Technology service provider. Like any worthwhile relationship, the connection demanded time, money, and hard work. Yet, our passion remained strong. We started small, but we are steadily growing and maturing. Ultimately, despite the growing number of Indonesians developing a passion
for the Internet, in which we played a part, they only represent a very
modest percentage of the whole population. We admit the journey is still
long, but what a wonderful journey it will be! We want to share the incredible
excitement of the Internet with others, we want to share the connection.
